Bankruptcy Attorney

Conduct intake consultations and advise potential clients on whether to file under Chapter 7 or 13 of the federal bankruptcy code. Prepare various bankruptcy court-related documents, including petitions, motions and responses, as well as appear in court for 341 hearings, court conferences, argue motions, and represent clients at trial under supervision by senior attorneys until deemed sufficiently experienced to proceed independently.

Requirements
