Warren E. Tydings, Jr. (Ed Tydings)
Senior Associate Attorney

Ed has worked in criminal defense, family law, advocacy, and general civil litigation for over 35 years. He is prepared to address any issue or dispute, in or out of court, based on his extensive personal experience as a community activist and business owner. Before joining Paré & Associates, LLC, Ed was a solo practitioner representing clients in criminal and serious traffic matters, with an emphasis on the individual and alcohol and drug addiction. Other practice areas included general business representation and litigation, and family law litigation. Ed also worked as a consultant, primarily in management, operations, regulation, and dispute resolution.
In addition to practicing law, Ed has owned, developed, and managed various properties in the mid-Atlantic area, was the President of an independent payroll service bureau and was the owner and operator of the Montgomery Country Club located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Ed graduated from Stetson University in 1979 with a B.A. in History and Political Science and received his J.D. from Stetson College of Law in 1982, the number one trial school in the nation. Before practicing law, Ed clerked for the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court in Montgomery County, Maryland.
